This form is designed for organizations to submit information about the resources they offer to the immigrant community. This information will be used to create a new entry in the Resource Finder for services available to the public or to update their existing entries in the Resource Finder.

- - Hours of operation
- - Tips on navigating the phone tree for non-English speaking people
- - Please explain what the community member might experience once they contact you or are referred by WAISN
- For example... They will receive a call back in 48 hours, they will be required to fill out a form, etc.)
